The District will provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and coordinate the delivery of supplies to each department. The District will provide additional personal protective equipment and supplies. Every department or office receiving supplies must monitor the level of supplies for the office and order additional inventory through Stores via Escape. If you encounter any purchasing issues, or you have any questions regarding Stores, please contact Veronica Chavez in Purchasing. The District’s supply of PPE inventory in Stores consists of:
- Disposable surgical face masks
- Reusable cloth face masks (laundering is the responsibility of the user)
- N95 respirator masks
- Face shields (as needed based on department need)
- Hand sanitizer bottles
- Disinfecting wipes
- Thermometers
The District does not require the use of gloves or gowns unless the job duties or lab requires them.
